Another Point of View

ALL ABOUT THE BARB PEREZ

Barb Perez is a licensed therapist, strengths coach, and leader known for her direct, grounded, and thoughtful approach.

She does not focus on surface-level conversations or quick fixes. Her work centers on helping people slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and move forward in a way that feels real and sustainable.

Whether she is working with individuals in therapy or guiding leaders and teams, her focus stays the same. Clarity, momentum, and meaningful change.

A new way to see what is already there.

“Sometimes it is not about changing everything.

It is about seeing things differently.”

When people understand their thoughts, patterns, and experiences more clearly, they are able to respond to life with more intention, confidence, and control.

That shift in perspective is where real change begins.

A History of Resilience and Leadership

20+ Years of Impact

Before becoming a therapist, Barb spent over 20 years in the nonprofit world raising millions, building strong teams, and leading with grit and heart. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional and an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional.

Lived Resilience

She is an Air Force daughter, Army wife, and proud Army mom. Resilience is not something she talks about in theory. It is something she has lived. That perspective shows up in her work every day in a steady and grounded way.

Certified CliftonStrengths Coach

Helping leaders and individuals identify what makes them exceptional. Her top strengths—Activator, Positivity, Belief, Woo, and Maximizer—show up in how she creates momentum and helps people see what is possible.

Collaborative, Honest, and Focused

She creates a space where clients can speak openly, think clearly, and work through things without feeling judged, rushed, or dismissed. Her work may include talk therapy, EMDR, and cognitive processing therapy. More importantly, it is shaped around the person sitting in front of her.

Not everything needs to be fixed.
Sometimes it just needs to be seen differently.

slow things down, think clearly, and make
